Etihad Airways’ Collaboration Strategy

Etihad Airways has decided to partner with Wamos Air for further improvement of its performance. Their cooperation will lead to increased operational efficiency and optimisation of the fleet utilisation. Etihad Airways will be able to maintain high standards of service while reducing costs thanks to the complicity of Wamos Air. In addition, the cooperative tactics will provide Etihad Airways with flexibility to manage fluctuations in demand. In the long term, this will guarantee significant profitability and a sustainable position in the competitive global aviation market for the airline.

The Role of Wamos Air

Wamos Air is a well-known airline, thanks to its operational reliability and expertise in wet leasing. It also has a skilled workforce and a well-maintained fleet. These characteristics will bring a valuable contribution to the cooperation of the two airlines. Wamos Air has long been working with the world’s largest airlines and always provides them with reliable operational support. Etihad Airways will be able to provide its seamless services through the beneficial qualities of Wamos Air. The collaboration will ensure consistency in passenger experience according to the high expectations of global clientele.

Impact on Passenger’s Experience

The partner routes will be operated by Airbus A330-200 aircraft of Wamos Air. They differ from the Etihad Airways aircraft models in design and entertainment options on board. Etihad Airways plans to completely maintain its quality and branding standards. For this reason, it is going to conduct additional training for the Wamos Aircrews. This approach will be oriented towards the solution of potential passenger concerns. Thus, the airline can guarantee a stable travel experience for passengers, regardless of operational differences with the partner.

Their collaboration with Wamos Air will not only ensure the achievement of its goal but also contribute to more similar agreements in the aviation industry. Therefore, other airlines will see a real example of an effective innovative way to adapt the industry to the growing demands in the field.
