Delta Air Lines (Delta) has unveiled several exciting new routes for 2025. The new routes will fly from several key cities including Atlanta, Austin and Salt Lake City.

Largest Ever Schedule from Atlanta

As part of the airline’s ongoing commitment to supporting growth in the city, Delta has announced its largest-ever schedule of flights from Atlanta.

By Summer 2025, it will offer 1.1 million weekly seats, 968 daily flights and service to 215 destinations from Atlanta, establishing it as the world’s largest airline hub.

As well as more domestic flights, the new itinerary expands the airline’s international presence from the city, including flights to new destinations Naples and Brussels and increased flights to Rome, Zurich, Barcelona, Athens, Cancun and Toronto.

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens said:

“Home to the world’s busiest and most efficient airport, Atlanta’s position as a global leader for cultural and business connectivity is only enhanced by Delta’s expansion of their domestic and international network. As our hometown airline and the state’s largest private employer, Delta plays an integral role in our economy through workforce opportunities, community investments and meaningful partnerships.”

Expansions Elsewhere

Delta has also announced five new routes flying from Austin, Texas. Beginning in March 2025, the airline will add daily nonstop services to Panama City, Florida (ECP). It will also add new, nonstop services to Indianapolis (IND), Memphis (MEM), San Francisco (SFO) and Tampa (TPA).

Regarding the expansion of services from Austin, Senior Vice President – Network Planning for Delta Air Lines, Joe Esposito said:

Delta has made its commitment to Austin known, and these new routes and the 55 peak-day departures planned for Summer 2025 reaffirm that. This is on top of the already 20% seat capacity increase we put into service in April connecting Austin to new destinations in major corporate and leisure markets both within Texas and outside the state — onward throughout our global network.”

Internationally, Delta has announced a new nonstop route from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to Seoul-Incheon International Airport (ICN) from 12 June 2025.

Hello from State College PA. Delta abandoned us! Many of us in the large swath of central PA flew Delta’s regional flights to DTW, often connecting to other national and international flights. Now that Delta is rebuilding its regional flight program, come back to SCE, home of the huge Penn State University!

As a little girl of 4 or 5 yrs old ( 64 years ago) I remember getting my Delta wing pin from the “Stewardess”. Now 60+ years later Delta remains my first choice. Just a classy organization.
